I’m the Chair of membership of The biotech Initiative in Toronto and have seen blogging used effectively to build the brand equity of a few Canadian startup companies. See http://rimon.blogware.com/ as an example.

I’m the CEO and owner of Fatkat in Miramichi New Brunswick. Fatkat has experienced massive growth in the last few years and can attribute many of the finding of great people to our blog. Our blog is a window to the inner workings of the studio and the people who run it. Showing potential employees and clients what it’s like to work with us before they even arrive!
Blogging is a great resource for any company!
